Trading Terms

1. General

These trading terms govern the sale of goods by DP1 Rendering Supplies ("the Company") to the customer ("the Buyer"). By placing an order with the Company, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Pricing & Quotes

All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted generally exclude GST and delivery charges unless explicitly specified.

3. Payment Terms

For cash accounts, payment is required in full before or upon delivery/collection of goods. For approved credit accounts, payment is strictly 30 days from the end of the month of invoice. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delay in delivery. The Buyer must provide safe and adequate access for delivery vehicles. Unloading is the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Returns & Claims

Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Returns will only be accepted with prior approval and may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom tinted products or specially ordered items are non-returnable.

6. Title & Risk

Risk in the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery or collection. However, title and ownership of the goods remain with the Company until payment has been received in full for all amounts owing.
